Organique Day One - Summary

I've modified my plan a little bit because of insulin resistance and a busy schedule.  I'm keeping things very simple.  My basic plan is a smoothie in the morning and hearty salads throughout the day.  This is what today looked like:
Smoothie Breakfast -1.50
Water
Walnuts
Barleans Omega Flax Oil Swirl
Blueberries
Kale



Escarole Salad - 3.00
Olives
Crasins
Mung Sprouts
Carrots
Avocado Slices



Escarole and Beans - 2.00
Cooked this time - a little less bitter
and yes I added apples - I can't say it really worked
but I was really wanting an apple
