Keeping it simple this week. Getting back into the swing of things at school. Limited cooking time since the Hubs and I started working out together. I plan to try my hand at Once a Week Cooking this weekend. Hubs and I have very different eating styles so I would only be cooking for me. I like to cook his meals on the spot and on my busy days he fends for himself.
