
It can be hard to get a reasonable amount of leafy greens into your diet. An easy way to make it happen is to start your day off with a green smoothie. All you need is a blender and a sense of adventure.
1 cup water
3 cups organic collard greens
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen banana
It may take a while for the taste of blended green to grow on you - but trust me - it does.
